CPR 060 Reel
The CPR 060 consists of 60 metres of steel wire-armoured continuous cable with an interior fibreglass stiffening element contained in a free-standing, plated and painted steel cage. It has a rotation-sensing on-screen measurement system giving 0.1 metre resolution. It also incorporates a microprocessor-based correction for the change in effective diameter of the spool as cable is dispensed. The detachable stainless steel colour camera comes in two interchangeable versions. These are the self-righting (SRC 420) and fixed (DRC 420) versions which both have a diameter of 42mm and an effective length of 80mm. 24 solid state high-brightness white LED's supply the illumination for most pipe sizes, ranging from 50mm to 225mm. A thin protective sleeve skid for smaller pipes and a debris-shedding vaned skid for conventional 4" and 6" drain inspection are also supplied. A larger skid is available should it be required.
The CPR 060 is a free-standing unit that can be supplied with just a camera. It requires only a 12V DC supply and associated cabling adaptors to connect to any monitor or TV/VCR/scriptwriter system that will accept an external PAL input. Alternatively, It can be used with any of Crusade’s base units.
