Crusade Designs Ltd, established since 1994, has been supplying CCTV drain pipe inspection cameras for 12 years. Crusade have an extensive range of drain pipe inspection cameras and other pipe inspection products including cameras, crawlers, reels and other products that can assist in the inspection of pipes. All products meet with the RoHS (Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances) from July 1st 2006 and you can be sure that every care has been taken in ensuring that the Crusade Designs pipe inspection cameras and product range are the most reliable, robust, and effective in the pipe inspection camera marketplace.
Crusade Designs have a market-leading service operation in place in Wales to ensure that any down-time of UK based equipment is kept to a minimum. Additionally, an extended warranty is available for most products. Service in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is available from John Warren Electronics, near Cork. The company has also sold products in Brazil, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Australia and Italy and will make every effort to support these products, depending on the requirements.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer service. We offer a one day turnaround on repairs and upgrades. All our systems and components are manufactured in house, by us, in the UK. Unlike most of our competitors, this allows us to offer extremely fast service turnaround times due to the elimination of the need to order parts from other companies or from abroad.
Crusade would like to develop sales and service opportunities in other countries and are keen to meet other distributors who would like to put in a first line service for Crusade Designs.
Crusade also sponsors Legend Racing at various tracks throughout Britain, with the car being driven by Colin Chadwick, from Manchester. Legend Racing features 5/8 scale cars powered by Yamaha motorbike engines.
